As per Government circular
Dear parents,
Please note the following:
1) As per the Government circular dated 18/04/24 received from Government of West Bengal, no offline classes will be conducted from 22/04/2024 (Monday).
2) Henceforth the school will be conducting online classes from 23/04/2024 (Tuesday) to 26/04/2024 (Friday) for Classes 3 to Class 12.
3) Day 1 schedule to be followed from 23/04/2024 (Tuesday).
4) The online classes will be conducted following the REGULAR class timings, first period starting from 8:20 am.
5) The ZOOM links for the respective classes will be sent by various subject teachers by 8:15 am via CGHS app.
6)No extra curricular classes will be conducted via online mode.
7) Students are instructed to enter the online classroom mentioning their name, class, section and roll number (otherwise they will not be allowed to enter) and should be in proper school uniform.
8) They are strictly advised to keep their videos ON during online classes.

Due to excessive increase in temperature and the prevalent heat wave, the below mentioned time schedule will be followed from Thursday (18.04.24) till further notice.
Reporting Time :
Class 3 to 12: 7:25 a.m.
Dismissal Timings:
Class 3 to 5: 10:25 a.m
Class 6 to 12: 10:30 a.m
Dismissal: * Dismissal of Classes 3,4,6 & 7 - Main Gate
* Dismissal of Classes 5 & 8 - Church Gate
* Dismissal of Classes 9,10, 11 and 12- Ana Thoburn Gate.
